For some of us, it really is about the love of the sport. For some, it is about health and weight loss. For some it is nothing more than a means to burn fat.
Us few, us very lucky few, who really enjoy the sport and not just participating in a competition for trophies or medals. Us lucky few who are proud of also being a fan (possibly even fanatical) at events. We watch the Hawaii Ironman, the Boston Marathon and New York with amazement.
