Yoga beginners Yoga can physically counteract the strains of running. This is important to runners, who produce a lot of endorphins. Endorphins can mask pain, injury or illness. Without developed body intuition you receive from Yoga, it's harder to understand these signals.

About the Fat Runner

Just because you are big or old doesn’t mean you can’t run or should not like running.
I decided to start this blog after suffering through about 7 years of back problems and a thyroid disease. I used to be in great running shape and love the sport of running very much. I am back on the road to recovery, but several pounds later. So while trying to get back my running ability, I am also trying to shed pounds as well.

So, as one person commented here before “I have never heard of a fat runner”, my response was “you have now”. So enjoy my training posts, articles I share as well as a little humor thrown in sometimes.
