Fat People Running
Monday, August 18th, 2008In the The Fat Run: It’s No JokeĀ , I hit on the health implications of fat people and how running and proper diet can alleviate some of these concerns.

activity, most individuals find that their concentration is enhanced and that they are able
to focus much more easily end can retain that focus for a longer period of time.

Running will push you, physically and mentally, to do more, work harder, and push yourself, not only in running, but eventually, in all aspects of your life. Soon you will find that you have more confidence in yourself and your abilities, and that you are ready to face any obstacle that life may throw at you, which if your life is like mine, occurs quite frequently.
