Elliptical Trainer Reviews - Are They Really Telling the Truth?

Friday, October 31st, 2008

by Ellen Travis

Probably not! Unfortunately, most Elliptical Trainer Review sites are not providing you with honest, impartial advice. Most of these review sites are set up to catch potential buyers as they research the market then direct them toward a product that the ‘review site’ is promoting.

How many review sites have you visited that actually included negative reviews? Not many I’m sure!

Another common problem with buying or researching a product online, is the vast amount of information available from the search engines results.

Losing Weight: Jogging Alternative

Thursday, July 17th, 2008
by Boning
Jogging is probably the most well known cardiovascular exercise among people. Like if you would talk to your friend about losing weight and say that you want to do some cardio exercises, Jogging would always come up. And of course, jogging is effective as almost everyone talks about when it comes to losing weight.Getting yourself to jog on a regular basis can be challenging since it usually takes a long time for your body to recover from the fatigue caused by jogging. And on most occasions, even if you’re wearing the most comfortable exercise outfit(pants, sneakers, etc.) you have, your body seems to resist jogging.

Jogging is probably the most effective cardiovascular and weight loss exercise. But there are times when it is impossible for you to go outside to jog. That’s when jogging alternatives come in.

Elliptical Or Treadmill - Which Should You Buy?

Elliptical Or Treadmill - Which Should You Buy? by

Are you thinking about investing in a piece of home exercise equipment and are wondering what the differences are between a treadmill and elliptical? Are you wondering if you should get the one that is the better value or cheaper? Or are you wondering if there are any health differences based on your lifestyle?

The biggest difference between an elliptical and a treadmill it that an elliptical is a “no impact” machine which is important for some people and it works your upper body too. And a treadmill allows a more truly realistic running movement, which may be important if you’re working on being a better runner.

Author: Daniel Patterson

I think this is an age-old question, but today I want to address what I consider to be the pros and cons of some of the main cardio machines out there. Each one has their benefits of course, but I think that each can also be used for different situations. So let’s get started:
