Fat Runner’s Week Off

So the fat runner is getting fatter this week. After the run on Sunday where Idid my pace run mixed with my long run, I have been nursing a really sensitive hamstring and a little case of the laziness, but the hamstring really does bother me to the point of not feeling comfortable to run for fear of long term injury.
