Running Fat Gets Personal

By admin | July 29, 2008

For those of us who fight the battle of the bulge as we get older, life can become a little disappointing. If you are like me, you may have been athletic most of your life, but circumstances and life itself has changed the equation a little. For me it was good home cooking and two back surgeries, the last resulting in an artificial disc implant at L5-S1, along with a bought with Graves Disease.

I like building websites and blogs and have several. Most of which share information I find around the web at various article directories allowing re-publishing of their articles. As of today I will be adding a more personnel touch to Running Fat as well as some of my other sites.

I am am going to share my own experiences, workouts and recommendations. Keep in mind (Disclaimer to follow) I am not a personal trainer, nor a medical doctor, so always seek solid medical advice and understand your limits before beginning any exercise program or drastically changing your diet.

That said, I would love for you to share any comments you may have. If you tried a workout, meal or anything else you find on this site, let me know what you think. Was it good? Did it stink? Please share, your comments are welcome.
