Yoga beginners Yoga can physically counteract the strains of running. This is important to runners, who produce a lot of endorphins. Endorphins can mask pain, injury or illness. Without developed body intuition you receive from Yoga, it's harder to understand these signals.

Fat People Running

By admin | August 18, 2008

In the The Fat Run: It’s No Joke , I hit on the health implications of fat people and how running and proper diet can alleviate some of these concerns.

Beleive me, I have the same problems. Sadly I see the only time fat people are running is right after new years and it seems to fall off soon afterwards. The New Years resolutions are great after eating your fill of turkey and stuffing. But once one hits the pavement it becomes old very quick.

Running can also be a pleasant exercise if one chooses a nice locale. Early in the morning or at dusk, the weather is usually not too hot and thus conducive for exercises such as running which make the person sweat a lot. One can run alone or with friends and family.

If someone who suffers from obesity also takes along a friend or relative who suffers from obesity on a run, both can have some sort of companionship while on these exercises and it can make the task less arduous. Choose places such as parks or roads where there is not much traffic.

Be sure to follow road safety rules while running on the road. Also, it is better to run on a soft surface (such as grass) than on a hard surface (such as concrete or tarmac).

Running is recommended not only for fat people but for people of all waistlines as running tones the muscles and keeps the body fit and is one of the best methods of reducing

My motivation is my family, staying healthy for them.

Well off to add a few more minutes to my lfe on the eliptical trainer and then maybe a small run later this afternoon.
