Fat Runners Should Love Running Hills

Yes, I said it! But wait one second before you leave. Running hills is a blast and can be very fun (I see you rolling your eyes). Anyway, it is a great alternative to intense interval training and builds strength in the legs.
Running hills can also be a good way to work on that posture and arm swing, expecially the arm swing. Check out this post about how running hills stink.
